If you do this activity in Spanish, it is important to remind your students that in Spanish you do not usually use the personal pronoun before the verb. As a teacher you have to find a simple sentence that gives good results. It is adviseable to provide your students with the personal pronouns. Try the activity yourself before you give it to your students.
The most important part of the activity is to pool the students' results together and to discuss the results. The activity is designed to raise students' awareness of conjunctions and is not meant to practise verb form.
